Q: How long have you been open?
A: We opened our first location in Alliance on December 23, 2009 and we’ve been loving it since.

Q: If I can’t find what I am looking for, can you order it?
A: If we can find it, we are more than happy to look into any and all requests our guests may have. We always want you to find just what you are looking for.

Q: What’s your best seller?
A: Our most popular items are the We-Vibe 2 and the Iconic Rabbit by Jimmy Jane, which fans may remember on the television show Sex and the City.

Q: Are your classes all about sex?
A: The classes we have at Velvet Box currently deal less with the physical parts of the sexual experience and more about the mental and emotional connections you can have with a partner. Topics include “Speaking So Your Partner Listens”, “Cheating: What Does It Mean” and “How to Talk to your Children about Love, Intimacy and Sex”.

Q: Do you carry movies or magazines?
A: We choose not to carry DVDs or magazines. Velvet Box prides itself in carefully choosing items that do not contain nudity or intimidating content. You often will see parents shopping with kids in tow. You will frequently find our mascots, Ruben and Ziggy, here to entertain them. And we wouldn’t want your kids to see anything we forbid our kids to see.

Q: Do you accept checks?
A: Currently, Velvet Box accepts cash and all major credit cards.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Exchanges only for hanging lingerie with tags and unopened packages returned within 4 days of the purchase date with receipt. Exchanges only for defective toys within 30 days with receipt. All other sales are final.
