Retail Sales Specialist
The Velvet Box is currently seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering WOW through service to every customer who walks through the door and assisting our Sales Associates with generating ideas and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and possess an outgoing personality in conjunction with the ability to be team player. If you have a passion for ‘Inspiring Passion’ and are looking for the opportunity to work with fun and exciting product, then this position just may be the one you have been looking for.
Requirements:
• Offer superior customer service
• 2 + years of previous retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication skills that will be utilized with retail staff, corporate personnel and customers
• Knowledge and understanding of the sales operations
• Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
• Enjoy connecting with customers and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Highly responsible and professional
